Ensuring your fire alarm and security systems are maintained regularly is the best way to ensure that safety is maintained across the premises and compliance with current fire safety legislation.

Our maintenance contracts are designed to ensure your system continues to perform to specification. We offer a wide range of options to suit client’s individual requirements, from fully comprehensive to quarterly or sixth monthly testing.

1st For Fire & Security not only offer maintenance contracts on systems we have installed, we can take over an existing contract with another company and we also recognise that sometimes you would like to make alternative maintenance arrangements, all our systems are open protocol and we’re always happy to help assist in the handover process.

Fire alarm maintenance is a legal requirement under the RRO (Regulatory Reform Order 2005) legislation,

1st For Fire & Security provide a 24-hour callout service for our customers to make sure that your system is fixed in the event of a failure.

As well as maintaining Fire Alarms Systems, we cover a full range of products including  Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting, Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarm System, which are serviced as required by legislation, or by the manufacturers recommended service schedule.
